This work is concerned with the descendants of Michael Conner and Bridget Gately of County Roscommon, from Ireland to America spanning the years 1853-2020. Through good and sometimes very horrible times, they persevered, raising their families in a land of different ethnic backgrounds and customs. This is a must-read for anyone with an interest in history, family lineage, and the generational impact of the American dream. Two brothers, John J., and Michael Conner, along with their mother Bridget Gately and stepfather John Moore, would be very proud of their descendants. Their religion gave them emotional and community support, along with first and second-generation Irish residents. As time passed, their descendants became engineers, railroad personnel, newspapermen, pharmacists, retail, and members of the police and fire departments. Many also went on to bravely serve in our armed forces.

I have been using this app for almost 100 days, now. I was very happy with the functions this app provided. This includes but not limited to the ease of transfer of books over wifi, easy navigation of the audiobook and the bookmarks features. It’s a must-have app for any user who looks forward to listening to audio books.

This app has a ton of features for listening to your audiobooks. The shake to extend the sleep timer is very convenient and a feature I miss when I switch back to the Audible app for my library there. Also, the equalizer has been a really nice addition along with the audio preset built in. I can keep my books out on my iCloud Drive and download them when I’m ready to listen. Great app!

MP3 Books is the best app I tested among many others. The reading of the chapters follows naturally and without error. A lot of nice features like the auto reading or reading time informations. The main interest is the ability to listen all free audio books and file formats, regardless of any susbcription like Apple Books and others.

I have a number of audiobooks of various formats and ages, collected over decades. I digitized them all to use on mobile devices before iPhones even existed, but obviously now I’d rather not carry a separate device around with me. MP3 Audiobook Player to the rescue! This app lets me load books wirelessly, even via WebDAV, and has excellent usability features like playback speed. It can also be the target of a timer on iOS, so you can set a bedtime timer and automatically stop playback when desired. I just love it, and immediately bought the full version after I saw what it could do.
