This guidebook was inspired during my journey through all of my pain and experiences. On April 7th 2014 I felt a pain I never felt when my brother transcended. In the beginning of 2017 I began to get so much clarity, things started coming to me and I obtained an understanding I have never had before. I created this guidebook and as I wrote I began to apply what I was writing to my own life. I was healing all at the same time and I knew I was on to something. I felt so different at the end of this guidebook. I wasn't the same person as I was 3 months prior. This book changed my whole perception for the better, and I still use my guidebook to this day as a reference for my daily affirmations. This guidebook is going to take you to heights you could never imagine. It will open up your subconscious mind to understand that you are the master of your own mind. When you become a slave to people, places, and things, negativity will control your mind.
