I have 30 GB of available space on my iPhone but the MP3 Audiobook Player says “Available space on the device: 3.72 GB”. Please explain.

iOS show the potentially available space if all not important data will be deleted or moved to iCloud.
MP3 Audiobook Player show real free space at current moment in the storage.
