Little Bear & Brutus is a transcription of conversations between two dog neighbors in Lake Arrowhead, California, a beautiful resort community high in the mountains, about 50 miles east of Los Angeles. There are many, many things to love about Lake Arrowhead, but the best thing is that most everybody who lives here has at least one dog. One of the dogs in this story, Brutus, has lived here for quite a long time. He is a medium/small Scottish Terrier look-alike. The other, Little Bear, is a Bichon Frise. The two met for the first time shortly after Little Bear came home from the shelter.
