Leadership and Loneliness

The events that gave rise to this book are not unfamiliar to any person who understands leadership. There is an unusual paradox that most leaders face between blessing and burden. Facilitating vision and leading others toward the fulfillment of their destiny transcends the unrealistic expectations placed on us by others, the brutal schedules that consume our time as well as the inevitable public scrutiny. In 2nd Corinthians 4:1 the Apostle Paul says, "Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not." Whatever assignment we undertake in the will of God becomes a ministry regardless of the context it is lived out. There is an assurance of mercy granted to those who are seeking to fulfill their assignment amidst a multitude of challenges. This book is not written as an admission of misery. Leadership is truly a blessing from God. It is my hope to bring awareness to the loneliness that accompanies leadership. I pray that within each chapter you are able to find solutions that can help you work through loneliness and continue to evolve into the leader God has called you to become.

How to download audiobooks from Youtube for free on the your iPhone & iPad.

I use this app. to hear the Bible, usually while exercising on a ski machine (with a separate Bluetooth speaker). The audio Bible I have is in German, so I get some language practice, too. The app. keeps the files in their proper order, which iTunes did not. I see the app. has a procedure built in for uploading files to the iPhone. I had already used 3rd party software to do that for a previous iPhone, and these files came over to this phone when I got a new phone. This app. clips the chapter number just a little when starting a new chapter, but only when using the Bluetooth speaker, so that may be a problem wit the speaker software. My previous audio book player did not do that. Other than that, it does what I want.

After having many problems with the built-in audiobook player that comes with Apple products I was so happy to find this application. Not only does it accept MP3 files it joins them together. I have experienced numerous problems where an MP4 book will play in iTunes but would not play in the app that comes with my iPhone. This application plays them all flawlessly. And the increased speed is perfect. As one who consumes 2 to 3 audiobooks a week this is just what I needed.

MP3 Books is the best app I tested among many others. The reading of the chapters follows naturally and without error. A lot of nice features like the auto reading or reading time informations. The main interest is the ability to listen all free audio books and file formats, regardless of any susbcription like Apple Books and others.

The default music player doesn’t make it easy to add audio books from mp3, you can do it but it’s a pain in the but. This app makes it easy! I have been using it for years and I have been getting the updates for free! After my 1 time purchase. I like this app so much I deleted the music app and just have this.
